Nail Services Aftercare
In the event that a nail/s chips/peels within 2 days after application, please inform us of this within 2 days with a photo (email@example.com) and we will offer a free replacement within 2 days. Outside this period, there will be a fee of £5 per nail (please refer to nail repair on price list).
Please note you are responsible for your nails once we have left your home. “Nails are jewels, not tools”. Any breakages once we have left will be chargeable should you want them repaired. Please see price list for nail repair prices.
Traditional nail polish
Nail polish is at its best up to 2-3 days. Beyond this period, the polish is likely to peel, chip and have general wear and tear. Bearing in mind that everyone uses their hands differently, some may get up to 4-5 days and others may only get 1-2 before chipping/peeling occurs. Please apply a glossy top coat every two days to keep your manicure looking good until you are ready to remove it.
NB: Please be aware that everyone uses their hands differently. Some will have issues with thumbs, index and middle fingers – some won’t. Once the treatment has been completed Nailmania cannot be held responsible for how your hands/nails are used after we have left the appointment.
All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange or refund.
All appointments booked for December will be subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit (which will be deducted from the cost of your appointment) to secure your appointment should you cancel on the day of your appointment.
Should Nailmania have to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Are valid for 12 months. We accept no responbility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. They may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given. However any balance will remain on the voucher until the expiry date. We will not extend the date beyond the validity of the voucher.
Group bookings of 3 or more will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the collective treatment total on the day. Once the deposit is paid the booking will then be confirmed. We require full payment for all treatments 1 week prior to the date booked.
Cancellation policy for group bookings: If the date booked is cancelled within 7 days of the date, then full payment is non-refundable.
The Right to Refuse Treatments
Nailmania reserves the right to refuse treatments. Disrespect and rudeness towards Nailmania staff will not be tolerated.
Nailmania reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so.
